IMPORT YOUR PRODUCT CATALOG FILE - REQUIRED COLUMNS

To import your products and offers, please provide us with an Excel, CSV or XML file containing the following columns.

PRODUCTS

This is the information corresponding to the unique characteristics of your products (model name, description, EAN or SKU code, etc.).

  • [label_fr/de/it/es/com]: type of product (ex: pressure sensor)
  • [model]: name/model Ex: XS7001
  • [brand]: brand
  • [sku]: product SKU
  • [ean]: EAN
  • [desc_fr/de/it/es/com]: description
  • [main_img]: image link (public server/jpeg/300 KB max.)

OFFERS

This is the information corresponding to the inventory and pricing of the products (price, tax, quantity in stock, etc.).

  • [offer-sku]: offer SKU
  • [product-id]: product reference (the product’s EAN code or SKU code)
  • [product-id-type]: type of product identifier (either EAN or SKU)
  • [price]: price
  • [quantity]: quantity in stock
  • [state]: product condition (must be “new”)
  • [shippedfrom]: shipping country
  • [tax]: tax - [standard_rate], [intermediate_rate] or [reduced_rate]

  • Provide a maximum of 6 images for each product - one column per image link
  • If there are variants of the same product, fill in a “variant_group_code” column " to identify them
  • Provide as much information as possible about the product's features, separated by columns (e.g., "weight," "color," "length," "power," "size," etc.).

COLUMNS DEFINITIONS

  • [available-end-date] – Product available until yyyy-mm-dd
  • [available-start-date] – Product available from yyyy-mm-dd
  • [description] – Full description of your offer
  • [internal-description] – Internal description of the product, only visible in your seller interface
  • [logistic-class] - Allows you to change the automatic assignment of the weight range corresponding to the shipping cost
  • [min-quantity-alert] – A notification is sent to you when the minimum quantity of your stock is reached
  • [PRICE] – This is the price you have determined for the product being sold
  • [price-additional-info] – Additional information about the price of your offer
  • [PRODUCT ID] - This is the reference number that identifies your product
  • [PRODUCT ID TYPE] – Each product will be referenced on the SHOP either by its EAN [EAN] or by its internal SKU [SKU]
  • [QUANTITY] – Quantity available for your offer (or stock level)
  • [SKU] – The SKU of the offer is the identifier you assign to your offer
  • [STATE] – This is the condition of the offer. By default, you can only sell NEW PRODUCTS on the shop.directindustry.com platform
  • [variant_groupe_code] - The code to identify all variants associated with the same product model

PROVIDE YOUR "KYC" (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) INFORMATION FOR VALIDATION

By definition, KYC (Know Your Customer) is the procedure that companies perform to ensure customer compliance with anti-fraud legislation.

To obtain KYC validation, you must upload the following items to your seller interface:

  • General company information (Name, URL website, SIREN, etc.)
  • Physical address
  • Contact details
  • BANK DETAILS
  • Name, contact details and ID of legal representative
  • UBOs (up to 4 beneficial owners)
  • Proof of company registration: Kbis extract less than 3 months old
  • Seller's IDU (ecotax fee)
  • Articles of association
  • Declaration of shareholders
